The Romanian Government has submitted to the European Court of Human Rights complaint on appeal 10675/03 DIMAKOS V. ROMANIA http://www.ergon-general-investment.com/. Subsequently Mr. Dimakos through his lawyer Mr.Artene submitted the required responses..
Again the Romanian Government answer in basis of them,.and in final Dimakos submitted the last report,.
After that the parts will fount a final solution in the European Court of Human Rights in one period of the Court procedure on this year.
