Technical and financial situation of the company
SC ART CONSTRUCT GROUP SRL

Introduction:
This report will made after request from the above company . All the annex documents was given to us and, we verificate the projects in the place of execution and in base of the contracts.
This report wish the above company to use for a banking loan with goal to finishing the contacts projects and to be prepared for a new project in Romania with collaboration with the company AKTOR S.A. branch Bucharest from Greece.
The above company presented to us 13 contracts with different projects and with a value total 146.365.320 RON . From those contacts and after a verification we have good opinion only for 8 projects from those above 13. Our opinion is realistic and in base of the situation of the projects.
The 8 projects with good opportunities are :
1.- Contract No 42/28.11.2007 .
This project is repairing of the bridge of the street (Republicii) in BAIA MARE with value 834.228 euro. This work was stopped from the authorities because they didn’t have economical possibilities . In this time the authorities requested from the Government and Government accepted to continue this repairs works. Until this time SC VEGYEPSZER S.A. benefic contract in this project with SC ART CONSTRUCT GROUP SRL covered the 58% of the projects works. To finishing these works SC ART CONSTRUCT GROUP SRL need an amount of 200.000 euro and in final will has an income 435.689 euro.
2.- Contract No 51/10.12.2007 .
This project is to upgrade the land in area of REGHIN , this is a big land 170 ect. owning from the minister of agriculture in a village (GURGHIU). The benefic contractor CIFTRUT s.a. with the above contact dedicated to SC ART CONSTRUCT GROUP SRL all the works with value 413.095 euro total. In base of the contract terms SC ART CONSTRUCT GROUP SRL need the value of 150.000 euro to finishing this project and to has incomes 356.549 euro.
3.- Contact No 402/04.02.2008
This project is Re-construction of the road DC 110 in distance 5 km , is a contract with value 7.738.095 euro only in favor of SC ART CONSTRUCT GROUP SRL in this project SC ART CONSTRUCT GROUP SRL invested until today the sum of 800.770 euro from own capital , published invoices of the same sum in favor of the benefic contractor SC DRUM CONSTRUCT SRL and must invest more 1.000.000 euro . In this program SC ART CONSTRUCT GROUP SRL will has incomes 6.937.325 euro.
4.- Contact No 70/20.062008
This project is is for repairing of one road bridge above of the trains rails in the line Bucharest- Episcopia Bihor. SC ART CONSTRUCT GROUP has finish the works and must has incomes 29.443 euro, but the benefic contact company cant take any money from the authorities .
5.- Contract No 71/25.06.2008
This project is for repairing of one road bridge SC ART CONSTRUCT GROUP has finish the works and must has incomes 63.978 euro, but the benefic contact company cant take any money from the authorities .
6.- Contract No 90/26.08.2008
This project is the understructure construction of cannels with one water cleaning station for the TAUTI of MARAMURES. This project is for a value 7.551.747 RON (1.798.035 euro) SC ART CONSTRUCT GROUP SRL has invest from their own capital 381.083 euro need to invest 300.000 euro and will has incomes 1.416.952 euro.
7.- Contract No 121/04.05.2009
This project is construction of one bridge in area GOLESCU . This project has finish and SC ART CONSTRUCT GROUP SRL must has incomes the last invoices all ready value of 300.000 euro soon
8.- Contact No 106/16.03.2009
This project is the biggest until now for the SC ART CONSTRUCT GROUP SRL is to re-built one road in Petrosani . The part of the projects works , benefic contractor for the project SC VEGYEPSZER S.A transferred to SC ART CONSTRUCT GROUP SRL this transferred project part has a value 22.795.177 euro . For the moment SC ART CONSTRUCT GROUP SRL has invest from own capital 800.000 euro had incomes which all ready spent in projects 2.039.229 euro and, need to invest the amount of 500.000 euro too. In this way SC ART CONSTRUCT GROUP SRL will finishing the project and will has incomes more 19.955.949 euro.
9.- FUTURES PROJECTS
SC ART CONSTRUCT GROUP SRL with a new co-operation will has new constructions contacts . The most important of those is the construction of the road COMERNIC-BRASOV with collaboration of the Greek company AKTOR S.A and , the construction of the local hospital in TIMISOARA.
These above 2 projects will have a value more from 3.000.000.000 euro and the part of SC ART CONSTRUCT GROUP SRL project will be more from 800.000.000 euro for both of the projects. In this case SC ART CONSTRUCT GROUP SRL must be in a re-organization plan with new facilities . The value of the new facilities is about 600.000 euro.
All this part of the new plan there are in the main BUSINESS PLAN of the company annex of this is the calculation table with title TABELUL CONTRACTELOR and the BUSINESS PLAN of the company.

Special explanations :
- The above table proved SC ART CONSTRUCT GROUP SRL had all ready invest in the above projects .
- The 8 above contracts are solution for collaterals for a loan
- The real needed load to finish all the projects work is 1.000.000 euro because in the work procedure time authorities will give 25% of the needed amount and when the constructors will present works situations tables (this is confirm the Romanian law) so in base of that in short time after the company start to work again in projects will have advans plus incomes from the clients 1.150.000 euro.
ABOUT THE NEW PROJECTS
In base of the above collaterals SC ART CONSRUCT GROUP SRL requested load 1.000.000 euro in plus (totally 2.000.000 euro ). This is because in parallel must be in re-organization to be ready to start 2 new projects.
The first one is to co-operate with the Greek Company AKTOR A.E.
(look www.aktor.gr) in construction of the road COMARNIC-BRASOV (look the site of the minister of Transportation of Romania).
The second one project is with AKTOR A.E. co-operation too , to build the new local Hospital in TIMISOARA. (look the site of the minister of Health of Romania and the local TIMISOARA Hospital site).
For both of above new projects SC ART CONSTRUCT GROUP SRL need the amount of 1.000.000 euro to buy new facilities tools (look in business plan ) 600.000 euro and a first work capital 400.000 euro.
Those above needed amount in sum is the requested loan of 2.000.000 euro.
